All inspection activities are performed independently and impartially. For meeting the independence and impartiality criteria of type A inspection body stipulated in ISO 17020-2012 all inspections are conducted by BRDTS’s permanent staff or consultants on long term contract and are free from any commercial, financial or other pressures.

In the interest of impartiality of inspection remuneration of inspection personnel shall not be linked to number of inspection performed or to the inspection fee accrued from the same.

In case of an inspection person being involved in Business Development with a client the same person shall not be deputed for inspection at the same premises or for the same client.

In case any inspection person encounters any undue pressure or financial abetment he shall be bound to report the same immediately to the BRDTS management. At the time of joining the organization, every inspection person shall be made to sign the undertaking for maintaining the independence, impartiality and confidentiality during inspection.

In case an employee is found to be indulging in any malpractices such as cash transactions, tie up with other agencies for financial gains etc. he shall be punished under the company’s rules.

It is necessary to cover all possible conflict of interests’ sources that are identified regardless of their origin. BRD Technocrats LLP requires from all employees, internal and external, to comply with impartiality rules as well as reveal any situation known to them that may present them with a conflict of interests
